Mav is a bodyworker and teacher with years of experience in Thai Yoga Massage, therapeutic bodywork, and somatic practices. He works with touch, movement, and awareness to help people reconnect with their body in a grounded and practical way.

His approach combines traditional Thai Massage with modern anatomy, fascia work, and trauma aware bodywork. Rather than teaching techniques in isolation, he focuses on helping students understand how the body moves, responds, and holds patterns.

His teaching style is clear, hands on, and easy to follow. He breaks down complex techniques into simple steps, helping students build confidence, sensitivity, and their own natural flow. His trainings are immersive and experience based, designed for yoga teachers, therapists, practitioners, and complete beginners who want to learn Thai Yoga Massage and bodywork in a practical and meaningful way.
